CRNA and Furnace Brook Winery at Hilltop Orchard combined for a wet but great kick off to the Summer 5K Trail Fun Run Series today. Despite 48 hours of continual rain with sudden heavy thunder storms yesterday and last night, the runners MUDDIED it up, rinsed off , then tasted and drank great wine, hard cider, ate great tube steaks and listened to a wonderful background band while sitting in the sun….yes the sun to take it all in!!!!!
A BIG thank you to John Vittori, Dave Martel, and Johannah for being the consummate hosts to one and all. We look forward to the next event on July 13th at Harvest Spirits Distillery in Valatie, NY
