The general session of NYSSRA-Nordic\u2019s Spring Meeting will be a teleconference (audio call-in beginning at 12:30 p.m.) on Sunday, April 7<\/strong>. The \u201celectronic\u201d meeting format saves travel, time, and gasoline. You are invited to join the officers, club representatives, and committee chairs at this meeting. See agenda copied below.<\/p>\n Competition committees should meet before April 7 to draft race schedules for next season, discuss policy\/rules, plan summer events and camps, etc. Please send your committee report by April 5th<\/strong> to dakvam06@gmail.com so it can be combined into a pdf and emailed to all teleconference participants to reference.\u00a0\u00a0If appropriate, committees should name a 2013 NYSSRA Team for their discipline. They will report on racer camps and National Governing Body activities that will affect the summer season so that they can be added to the NYSSRA calendar.<\/p>\n To participate in the April 7 audio call-in meeting, please email past president Darwin Roosa at\u00a0 roosmean@verizon.net<\/strong> <\/a>by Wed., April 3.
