{"id":1237211,"date":"2014-09-13T20:01:48","date_gmt":"2014-09-14T00:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nyssranordic.org\/?p=3344"},"modified":"2014-09-13T20:01:48","modified_gmt":"2014-09-14T00:01:48","slug":"nyssra-fall-meeting-agenda-come-join-us-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biathlon.nyssranordic.org\/?p=1237211","title":{"rendered":"NYSSRA Fall meeting agenda &#8211; come join us!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"first-para\">The NYSSRA Nordic planning meeting for the 2014-15 ski season has been scheduled for\u00a0<strong>Sunday, Septmeber 28th<\/strong>. \u00a0The meeting will be held again at\u00a0<strong>Serra Hall at Siena College in Loudonville, NY<\/strong>. \u00a0You are invited to join officers, club representatives and committee members at this meeting. \u00a0Committees (for biathlon, xc-racing, ski-o and Mid-A) will meet in the morning at 9:00am and the full association will be meeting in the afternoon. \u00a0The meeting will focus on decisions that will finalize schedules for the upcoming race season including the choice of which races will be part of this years \u00a0<a style=\"color: #227ad1\" title=\"Wilkinson Cup\" href=\"http:\/\/nyssranordic.org\/schedule\/xc-schedule\/wilkinson-cup\/\">Wilkinson Cup<\/a>, Information will be presented about the 2015\u00a0<a style=\"color: #227ad1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.empirestatewintergames.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Empire State Games<\/a>\u00a0and 2015 NYSSRA Championship Weekend. \u00a0\u00a0Other matters include the changes to the sanctioning agreement, Junior National Qualifying races, and the cross country committee\u2019s consideration of proposals made for race seeding and grant allocation for club and skier support. \u00a0Additionally we will be discussing the addition of a NYSSRA Executive Director position to seek funding for NYSSRA and Club Support. \u00a0A lot will be discussed and we would love to have your input.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please look at the map below to find the location of Serra Hall on the Siena College Campus. \u00a0Public Parking can be found in front of campus right off Route 9. \u00a0The meeting will be inside Serra Hall in the North wing. \u00a0Coffee, muffins and fruit will be offered in the morning and meeting attendees are able to purchase lunch in the dining hall for $5.00. \u00a0Otherwise you should plan to pack your own lunch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"color: #227ad1\" href=\"http:\/\/nyssranordic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/map.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2729\" title=\"map\" src=\"http:\/\/nyssranordic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/map.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to add an item to the agenda, please email\u00a0<strong>nyssranordicski@gmail<\/strong>.com and it will be added.\u00a0Your ideas and input on any NYSSRA Nordic issues are important.
