We will allow day of race registration.\u00a0 The games website will not show this, but we were told by the race organizers it is OK.\u00a0 The fee for the first event is $55.<\/p>\n
The course is in marginal shape right now.\u00a0\u00a0More snow is expected this week.\u00a0 So right now, I’m optimistic.\u00a0 We will make every effort to hold the race, even if that means racing in marginal conditions or limiting the course to the flats.\u00a0 So wax up your rock skis.<\/p>\n
I just got this message from the course officials;\u00a0 “last night’s 2″ of wet snow did improve our base considerably. courses\u00a0 down in and out of the hole still not race worthy, but if we get the 3\u00a0 -6″ come wednesday, we could be good…..”<\/p>\n
