The NYSSRA Nordic Biathlon Junior Development Committee is pleased to announce our second\u00a0 junior biathlon shooting clinic at the\u00a0Polar Bear\u00a0Biathlon Club in Old Forge, New York.\u00a0 This FREE \u00bd day program will take place on the morning of July 10th. We will go over proper rifle fit, position & technique.\u00a0 In addition, attendees will able to put their new skills into practice that afternoon by taking part in the running summer biathlon sprint race scheduled at 1:30 in the afternoon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The target audience for the clinic are strong Nordic skiers between the ages 13-19, but exceptions will be considered on case by case basis.\u00a0 **Space at this clinic will be limited so please send an email to\u00a0Carl Klossner at c_klossner@hotmail.com\u00a0<\/strong>if you are interested.\u00a0 When doing so, please provide:<\/p>\n

  1. Name, email address & phone number.<\/li>\n
  2. Your experience levels with Nordic skiing and biathlon.<\/li>\n
  3. If you have a biathlon rifle &\/or have access to one you can borrow.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    **Biathlon newcomers should reply ASAP as loner rifles will be limited!\u00a0 If you need a rifle, make sure you tell us if you are left or right handed!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please note that we will only be sending the firm details for this program to those people who express an interest in coming, so if you are interested you have to let us know<\/u>!\u00a0 Tell us sooner than later, even if it is a \u201cmaybe\u201d so we can properly plan and keep you in the loop.<\/p>\n
