Time to register for the Summer Biathlon Extravaganza of the year!\u00a0 The middle of summer is upon us and we have a great weekend of racing in store for you!\u00a0 On Saturday, July 22nd Syracuse Biathlon Club will be hosting a biathlon sprint race at Pratt’s Falls just outside of Syracuse.\u00a0 On Sunday, July 23rd, Polar Biathlon Club will be hosting the second half of the weekend event.\u00a0 A 5 km modified pursuit with four shooting stops, prone-prone-standing-standing!\u00a0 Those who race at both events will receive a $5 reduction in entry fee at the Polar Bear Biathlon Race.\u00a0 Also, the fastest Male and Female that race both days will\u00a0have their names engraved on the Syracuse\/Polar Bear Plaque and posted every other year at either Syracuse or Old Forge!<\/p>\n
Racers at McCauley Mount will receive the traditional home made Cookie as well as ribbons!\u00a0 The winners of each class will also receive a special local award!\u00a0 Registration for the Sunday race will be on Skireg.com.\u00a0 Early registration closes on Friday, July 21st!\u00a0 Don’t be left\u00a0 out, register for a great weekend on shooting and racing now!<\/p>\n
