{"id":2500,"date":"2018-07-09T11:39:13","date_gmt":"2018-07-09T15:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/biathlon.nyssranordic.org\/?p=2500"},"modified":"2018-07-09T11:39:13","modified_gmt":"2018-07-09T15:39:13","slug":"the-final-days-are-approaching-to-the-syracusepolar-bear-challenge-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biathlon.nyssranordic.org\/?p=2500","title":{"rendered":"The Final Days Are Approaching to the Syracuse\/Polar Bear Challenge Weekend!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Who will be the two new additions to the Challenge Weekend Plaque?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registration ends Friday for this weekend&#8217;s races!\u00a0 Saturday will be the sprint race at McCauley Mountain Ski Area.\u00a0 The course distance will be the same for all racers, a short loop of approximately 1 mile with a 75 meter penalty loop.\u00a0 The course is on the nordic trails around the range area.\u00a0 Sunday will be a modified pursuit at Pratts Falls, just outside of Syracuse.\u00a0 The race distance will be five laps of approximately 1 km each.\u00a0 The penalty loop will be what separates the winners!\u00a0 The course will be on the park trails surrounding the range area.\u00a0 Saturday&#8217;s race will start at 10 a.m. at McCauley and Sunday&#8217;s race will start at 10:30 a.m. at Pratt&#8217;s Falls.\u00a0 Remember you must race in both races to be a candidate\u00a0for the Challenge Weekend Plaque!\u00a0 Come and join us for a great weekend of racing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who will be the two new additions to the Challenge Weekend Plaque?
