Come out give biathlon a try this weekend. There will be clinics for skiers of all abilities at both Osceola and Lake Placid on Sunday December 14th. The Osceola clinic will be part of the NYSSRA Nordic Early Winter Jubilee. Participants will be able to try a variety of nordic sports and recieve a good meal for a very reasonable fee.

In Lake Placid, the clinic will include both .22 instruction for adults (13 and older) and air rifle instruction for younger skiers. The clinic will start at approximately noon following the completion of the NYSEF race. If you want to participate, you will need to obtain a trail pass at the XC stadium at Mt. VanHoevenberg. There isn’t an additional fee for the clinic, but we encourage people to make an opional donation to the Lake Placid Biathlon cub to help cover the cost of ammo.
