The NYSSRA Nordic season officially started last Sunday with the NYSEF Season Opener. NYSEF, the host club, won the club competition for the day, scoring 365 points, leading the Peru Nordic Masters (243 points) and Team HURT (234 points) in the overall Club Championship standings. Alyssa Likly, skiing for RNR, won the girls J2 race, and sits alone atop the NYSSRA leader board with 40 points. She is just ahead of Team HURT’s Brian Halligan, and NYSEF’s Anna Izzo in the NYSSRA Red Group. Complete points series rules are found here.
