2. NYSSRA Nordic, Inc has a table at the GO VERTICAL For CYSTIC FIBROSIS Stair climb Health and Fitness expo. This event is a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation, and features a race up the Corning Tower in the Empire State Plaza in downtown Albany. One of the best treatments for those suffering with CF is to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, and we all know that xc skiing is one of the best ways to stay fit and active during the long Norther NY winter.

The event is on Thursday evening, March 4, and NYSSRA Nordic needs a volunteer (or two) from the Albany area to hand out NYSSRA brochures and answer questions about Nordic skiing and racing at the Race Expo. If you are interested in volunteering, contact Jim Kobak.
