The Saratoga Biathlon Club cleaned up at the 2010 Empire State Games, winning a total of 22 medals. Saratoga had 14 athletes who won at least one medal. In second place was the Syracuse Biathlon Club with three medals. Western NY Biathlon and Lake Placid Biathlon each won two medals.

The percent back list, shooting stats, and club shooting have been updated.
The all-time ESG Medals table has also been updated. Russ Myer collected two more medals to stay at the top of the list, followed by Darwin Roosa, and Sean Halligan.
