To all Level II Biathlon officials,
NY Biathlon and USBA are collaborating on convening an International Referee Officials’ clinic this coming fall at the Lake Placid OTC for all level II USBA officials that qualify. Dates and times will be established in the Fall if a group of qualified level II officials submit their credentials to USBA for review.
So please update your USBA Officials log book and submit a copy, add additional officiating responsibilities, complete the attached IBU International Referee application and mail to USBA Main Office by August 8, 2011
