This year’s New York Biathlon Championships will be the same event as the Lake Placid Norams on 3-4 March. Information is on the Lake Placid Biathlon webpage http://lakeplacid.nybiathlon.org/?page_id=86
Eligibility and information for racing is on the above link. However to qualify for NY Biathlon Chmpionships awards, you need to meet the following criteria;
1) Athletes must have a current membership in the USBA, Biathlon Canada, or other IBU
recognized National Governing Body
2) Athletes must be current members of NYSSRA or NENSA.
3) Athletes must be a member of a New York biathlon club.
4) Athletes must have successfully completed a USBA Rifle Safety Certification course
