Most important – We did have signups for the paintball event this Saturday so we will be holding that after the main event. If there’s any kids 12 and under who would still like to take part in this be sure to show up Saturday. We’ll start shortly after the finish of the adult race
Saturday’s Sprint Event – We have a great number of folks sign-up so it should be a fun day. We will be sending all the rifle-carrying age groups out first in either a mass or wave start. We’ll have a break (~10 minutes or so) and then send the non-carrying groups (novice, boy/girl) out in one minute intervals. The novice & boy/girl groups will be skiing the 5km course and everyone else the 7.5km course. Weather is looking pretty nice with overcast skies and temps right around freezing at race time. If you didn’t sign up ahead of time you can still join in on race day starting at 8am. Just remember that 1st timers need to take part in the rifle safety/biathlon orientation clinic which will be starting at 9am.
