A few years back the NYSSRA season was abridged to 7 races. This year we have 7 scheduled this December. Come enjoy it while the snow is great.
HURT held 2 fun races at Gore this past weekend. Casleton and SLU brought strong teams. Top spots went to: former HURT Star Bryan Beyerbach cracking the 20 minute barrier, and SLU’s Stephanie Nichols beating most of the mens times. With NYSSRA master racer Paul Alison on the side lines, the college kids took all the top spots.
NYSEF season opener is right around the corner.

Ring in the new year with a double header day of biathlon and XC skiing at Mcauley Mtn. Home of the polar bears (where Olympian Maddie Phaneuf got her start). The hills are steep and so is the competition. Well worth the trip.
