As fall Dryland training is in high gear, we are joined by this year’s crop of new high school racers. They will learn quickly and climb the podium. Some will join the Masters ranks in this life sport. We have great coaches in sections 2,3,5,7,& 9 to thank for the extra competition. If you want a reminder of coach Mancuso, drop Ann Gregory a line and grab a shirt to wear training in the gunks. And next time you see your coach thank them for getting you into the sport and making it fun!
