Polar Bear Biathlon Club will be hosting a Modified Individual Relay Race on August 17th! Due to the construction of a new chairlift at McCauley Mountain our race will be held at The Osceola Ski and Snow Sport Center in Osceola New York. Registration will be on Skireg.com., which is presently open! The Relay will be approximately a 2.5 km loop run three times. There will be no penalty loop, but there will be time penalties. Please be sure you have taken the USBA Basic Rifle Safety Course on line. You will be asked to see a copy of the notice of successfully completing the BRS Course. If you need to go through the Safety Assessment please let us know and arrive early so we will have time before the race to complete this assessment. There will be a novice class! If you need to borrow a rifle for the race please let us know that as well, be specific, Right Handed or Left Handed.
On Sunday, August 18th, Syracuse Biathlon Club will be hosting two races! In the morning there will be a biathlon sprint and in the afternoon a Mountain Bike Biathlon. This will be posted soon by the Syracuse Biathlon Club.
